A few flurries

It snowed a little bit today. Actually, the sky fell onto Cincinnati with the white rage of the heavens leaving nothing in its wake but desolation and grey slush that makes your shoes icky.

Logan dug his car out of the snow and took me to IHOP this morning, which helped me learn the hard way that crepes from a restaurant that’s open 24 hours a day are not the same as crepes from a restaurant that sells only crepes, like It’s Just Crepes, a fantastic crepes-only restaurant nestled in downtown Cincinnati.

Then I went to work. The mall is buried under a white blanket and most of the stores are closed. My store, of course, was determined to stay open and ride it out (much to the disdain of its employees). It’s not all doom and gloom though, the parsley plant I bought to keep at Logan’s house has begun to sprout. Keep going, little buddy!
